How do I renew my membership online?

Renew Online in 3 Easy Steps


Step 1. Login to Your Company Administrator Account

Make note of the username TechServe assigned to your Company Administrator account below and log in. (This set of credentials is different than your member login for the membership website. The Company Administrator account exclusively manages your membership account and company profile.)

Company Administrator Password: techserve21

*Please note all administrator passwords were recently reset.

Step 2. Select “Renew”

After logging in, you will see a link to "Renew" your membership above the "Information & Settings" header on the manage profile page and also a red "Renew" link next to "Membership Info" on the right menu. Click either link to renew your membership.

Step 3. Update Your Company's Profile & Submit Payment

  1. Follow the prompts to update your company's profile, including the fields at the bottom of the page that are required to calculate your dues.
  2. After updating your profile, you will be taken to the check out page where you can select additional chapters you wish to join and submit your payment.
  3. After you submit your payment, you can get a copy of your receipt by selecting the option on the Maintain Profile page.

Need a paper invoice? You can obtain a paper invoice by following the "Renew Online" instructions, then choose the "Bill Me" option on the Check Out page.
